Our team reviews your profile alongside the host organisation, arranging a short call if needed.
Receive official confirmation of your role and details about your host organization.
Pay a 200 USD deposit to confirm your spot and allow coordination to begin.
Receive comprehensive pre-departure guides, visa documentation, and living instructions.
Settle the remaining balance of your program contribution at least 60 days before your start date.
Arrive in Uganda to full orientation, airport pick-up, housing, and 24/7 staff backup.
The grassroots youth organisations we partner with operate with immense vision but very limited resources. Hosting international volunteers and interns involves coordination, local supervision, safety measures, housing, and administrative time.
We firmly believe that host organisations should never be financially burdened by hosting international talent. Your program contribution is not a donation: it is a structured investment in a safe, well-managed experience that covers your room, board, and logistics without draining local budgets.
A 200 USD deposit is required after your placement is confirmed. It confirms your spot and allows administrative preparations to start. It is deducted from your total fee balance.
You may reschedule your placement date or transfer to another role within the program at no additional cost, subject to availability.
